About Me
I started sailing early – first the Optimist Cadet and later Finn – in a Yacht Club in Poland. Most of that sailing was on lakes and reservoirs as my native Krakow is far from the sea. That has changed when I joined Merchant Navy Academy in Gdynia on the Baltic Sea. I experienced the thrill of Tall Ship called Dar Pomorza – owned by the school.
Later when I lived in Florida I owned a 26ft Irwin which allowed me to explore coastal areas of Western Florida. I wish I had venture out farther than I did. Most my my sailing then was singlehanded. About that time I was introduced to windsurfing and spent several years chasing winds.
Now I would like to return to the sailing adventure again explore, explore, explore..
